A rally was organised on cure of dengue pamphlets were distributed to the villagers in the market place explaining the cause, symptoms and preventive measures of Dengue. This really was made successful by activities along-with Pace-Setting activities in-charge Mrs. S. Banerjee PGT (Geography), Senior PGT Mr. A. R. Roy (PGT Biology) and the students of class XI science and arts.
Students of XII science group along with Mr. A. R. Roy to Ghugwa National Fossils Park situated in Dindori. They got the information about the age of fossils and the reason why the fossils are available on the surface of earth.
Students of class VIII and IX went on a rally followed by principal Mrs. Zareena Qureshi, Mr. A. R. Roy (PGT Biology), Mrs S. Sanchita Banerjee (PGT Geography), Mr. M. P. Goswami (PGT Chemistry) and others. The students gave out the slogans on of ill effects of “Ghuthkha” “Tobacco” and social civil’s like “Child Marriage.” The rally started from vidyalaya and covered the market place, the irrigation colony and MPEB colony of Bargi Nagar. The rally was very successful as some of the local people also firmly promised to stop chewing Tabacco & Guthkha after listening the fatal effects of Tobacco on users health.
Students of class XII Arts visited village Ghullapat and did the survey on topic “ Condition of women in village and their improvement.” In this topic the students collected information on the educational, health and social condition - especially ‘Child Marriage’ and gave them the knowledge of ‘Government Policies’ and their benefits.
Students of XII science Visited Medical College of Jabalpur to see the medical museum and gather information. They also visited Agriculture College Jabalpur where they got the information about issue culture and plant grafting etc.
